During my initial conversation with Jay he wouldn’t sell me a policy as the costs were higher with him than in my current situation. Jay didn’t forget us, checking in regularly, not enough to bug, but enough to let me know that he was remembered us and was working for our business. I’m guessing about 14 months after my inquiry, Jay was able to provide policies for our home and two vehicles. He offered several different payment options, but as the pricing had significant saving versus my current policies, I was able to select the annual payment option . We only have to pay once a year and our home and cars are protected. I can’t say enough good things about Jay, his business, dedication and ethics.

Jersey always comes through with the best rates. I have put it to the test many times in the past. Now, I have a friendly battle with people whose insurance guy has the best rates lol They both go above and beyond for their customers. They also have DMV services to avoid 5+ hours at the DMV Forever customer here, as long as they stay in business

    Erica H: I appreciate the professional help that I was provided by the sales agent Matthew. I came into their office because I received a paper from the car insurance stating that the VIN number did not match the DMV records. I realized that the previous agent Daisy did not fill in the correct information to my vehicle. When Matthew made the correction in the system he informed me that my monthly premium had gone up $5 because they had to process the correct information like it was a new vehicle. I was disappointed that due to the mistake that agent Daisy made in office processing my information I was being billed more money monthly. I had previously returned to speak with agent Daisy regarding my policy because she had misinformed me about my policy. She had explained that for the first month my bill was covered in the fee that she was charging to add a second vehicle to my existing policy that I already had and to my surprise I received a partial bill. I walked out of the office disappointed at the service that Daisy had provided. She was giving misinformation to the customers. Agent Matthew attempted to help me and even asked the insurance company National General if they could waive that fee for me since it was a mistake that was done by an agent at Veronicas insurance. Unfortunately they did not waive that fee. Agent Matthews boss stepped out of her office and said there was nothing that could be done that I had to wait to speak to Alicia on Monday and see if she is able to do anything to help me with my policy increase. I am an existing customer that have been coming to Veronicas insurance and had never received such bad service. Since Agent Matthew was attempting to be helpful I gave them 2 star review. But he deserves 5 stars for his service.

    Rich Inlife: I was referred to this office by a coworker. When I went I made an appointment prior to going. I highly highly highly recommend her to do your taxes. If you want your money really quickly please have a debit card ready so she can do it direct deposit. When I went there there were two people working in the office and Coral was the one who waited on me and she is excellent! This is the best place Ive ever had my taxes done in my life.
