City Sports Club - Hayward Lauren M Phelps: This gym is not clean, please bring your own supplies ready to clean everything! Some people are gross and have no problem showing it here. I have seen the same guy spit on gym equipment and on the floor of the gym multiple times and so far the manager hasn’t doesn’t anything.
24 Hour Fitness - Hayward martha soto: My first time doing Silver Sneakers at this location. Manuel was a very hands-on instructor. He kept us moving throughout the entire class stretching, strength training, muscle building, cardio and winding down. Who needs a trainer when you have such an exceptional instructor!
Fitness 19 - Hayward lawrence adug: For years I always past by this gym, and then just recently I decided to go for it and sign up for a membership and get healthy again. At first I was pretty nervous, but the staff were very nice and welcoming. Over time, I felt myself getting healthy and more comfortable with visiting for my occasional workout. Im usually really bad with names but aside from the friendly front desk staff, Anne, who is a personal trainer there, was very proactive in letting me know proper and safe lifting form. I usually keep to myself, but it was very nice to know that the staff are always there if you need help or questions!
