  • Performance360 Strength & Conditioning - Oceanside
Addie Green: Great workouts every time!! Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, lots of functional strength movements and conditioning. Mark & team are awesome, highly recommend to anyone looking for some strength classes in Oceanside!
Lagree + Versa Fit - Oceanside
    Lagree + Versa Fit
Jenna Sorrentino: I have been attending classes at Lagree + Versa fit for about a month now and I am so impressed by this studio! There are so many classes available at all times of the day that make it super easy to keep consistent attendance even around my busy schedule. The instructors are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and inclusive. I came in with zero experience with Lagree or Versa and I have felt so welcome with the team there. They have met me where I’m at with my fitness level, while also still challenging me to improve at every class. I am actually very surprised by the improvement of my strength, endurance and appearance after just a short time being consistent with my workouts. I can’t recommend going here enough, it is so worth it for my mind, body and soul.
    Stone Impact - Oceanside
Jason Kim: Stone Impact has helped me reach my fitness goals. Since joining in 2023, I have enjoyed the group classes that focus on strength and conditioning. Led by a trainer that not only tells you how it is done, but goes out and shows you how it is done herself at a high level. I have achieved near elite strength levels in powerlifting while also conditioning all around in a functional way for longevity (I’m 43 years old). I completed the NXPT Elite course this year, an event with tough standards that few people even sign up for and few complete (pictured and Regina did too). Even though I am just on a regular group gym membership I have still received a wealth of personal training care with specialized instruction in nutrition, Olympic lifting, and running. If you are putting in the hard work, it will be rewarded here, and Regina will be right there doing it with you. One of the best classes is on Saturdays, Hyrox training. People from other gyms show up to train together, not only for the equipment, but really to be pushed by a trainer that leads from the front.
    LA Fitness - Oceanside
    LA Fitness
Erin Kelley: This L.A. Fitness stands out as one of the best Ive visited in a while. The gym is on one floor, making it easy to navigate, and its well-equipped with everything you could need for a great workout. The cardio area is impressive, with a huge selection of machines, all featuring personal entertainment systems. The strength training area is also fully stocked with a wide variety of weight machines and around six wooden squat racks. Beyond the standard workout equipment, this location offers a lot more: Amenities: A large functional training area, a pool, a spa, basketball and racquetball courts, and spacious rooms for cycle and other classes. Locker Rooms: They are clean, roomy, and include a sauna (note: no steam room). Remember to bring your own lock! Additional Services: For an extra fee, you can get personal training and access to classes like Pilates. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious, and comprehensive gym that Ill definitely be using more often.
    EĹŤS Fitness - Oceanside
    EĹŤS Fitness
Abe Gomez: This gym has its pros and cons but sometimes it seems that the cons outweigh the positives. First of all the a/c doesn’t work or is ever on. They have the overhead fans going but it feels humid inside. I’ve asked the workers about it and they said it doesn’t work. The treadmills need adjusting. The belts slip and you may blow your knee out. I’ve mentioned it and nothing gets done.Treadmill #’s 3, ,8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 all have something messed up about it. One has been out of service for a month. The sauna is disgusting. The wood is black from all the dirt and sweat. The light in the men’s locker room has been out for a month. I told the workers there and he stated he put in a request and it was denied. DENIED!!! that where people from the pool come in the locker room. Floor is all wet. I’ve seen people slip. We have elderly men that use the pool. God forbid something happens to them. Stall #3 shower head is busted. Water comes out of the threads and mother shower head. So much soap scum on the tile grout. Getting to. the point where I am starting to look for another gym. I’m not one to complain but it’s like nobody cares. Don’t want to get anyone in trouble but maybe the health department should come by for a visit. It’s not the workers fault. Their hands are tied. It’s a management issue. Take more pride in the gun and it will be so much better. Hope this helps make a difference because nothing else seems to.
Therapy Social Fitness Studio - Oceanside
Lindsay Ellis: I love therapy social. Not only are their classes fun and a great workout, they make you feel like family! Also, they offer multiple times, with classes in the morning, afternoon and evening. If you are looking for a great place to workout and love taking classes, look no further!
    VERVE Studios Oceanside - Oceanside
Nathalie Vazquez: I’ve been going to Verve Studio pretty consistently since mid-February, and if you’re exploring studios in Oceanside, here’s why Verve might be the one for you. A bit about me: I’m 38 and have never considered myself athletic. I’ve tried spin and weight classes before, but truthfully, I’ve always felt a little clueless about fitness, especially when it comes to using a dumbbell. Spin Classes The spin classes are fun! And yes, very challenging. When I first started, I was intimidated by the equipment and the fit people around me. But the instructors and members create such a welcoming, judgment-free environment. No matter your skill level, you’re encouraged to show up as you are. There’s no pressure to keep up the pace with the pros, but the energy from the instructors and the members encourages you to give it your all. Strength Classes I’ve also taken several strength classes with Marcus and Leah, and they’re both phenomenal. These classes feel more personal, even in a small group setting. Marcus and Leah are attentive: they’ll correct your form, encourage you to push to yourself to the edge (sometimes to the point of failure!), and they do it all with care and enthusiasm. The workouts are tough, but surprisingly fun. You leave feeling stronger, not just physically, but mentally too. The Takeaway This review has been a long time coming. I’m just now starting to notice the results of my hard work, and I couldn’t be more proud of myself. Verve has helped me build confidence, strength, and a sense of belonging in a space I once found intimidating.
