1 /5 John Orijel: I visited this business on Nov 07, 2024 to get full coverage on my Samantha guarantee full coverage to my husband and I at a low cost. However during this mid process turns out she wasnt able to do it at that moment. So she suggested we still pay her $419 through ZELLE for the liability insurance but as soon as Monday comes she was going to put us in a full coverage plan. We agree and I sent her the money. She did not provide me a receipt she only gave my the policy number and the cars information. When Monday comes I went in her to her office to make sure we had the full coverage ready. Samantha says that she couldnt do anymore because the company doesnt accept salvage cars. I told Samantha she knew it was salvage in the first place because I had showed her the titles of the cars. If she knew this was going to happened why not explain it to us before. However, she kept lying and did not help us. I requested a refund, until today she has not refunded any money. I contact the insurance directly and they wont help. Im frustrated according to Fiesta if I ever get money back it would only be $150 because thats what the actual price of the insurance was since not what she charged me and the rest wont be refunded because that was her fee. I wish she would explained all this at the beginning and not trick people and steal money. I understand I have to pay her a fee for her services but stealing $250+. They dont represent the company well here in our location in Visalia they flipped us off as we left. I did fing her on Facebook watch out with them.
