5 /5 Kalia Mitchell-Silbaugh: I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I have received from the staff at the Monterey Fidelity branch. They have been readily available to help me with a variety of requests and have consistently gone above and beyond to provide expedited service. They are kind, helpful, patient, and welcoming. I particularly want to thank Aaron for spending over 45 minutes on the phone with me to answer all of my questions and support with document verification - he stayed on the phone with me until he was sure my request was fully resolved and that I had all the information I needed, and followed up to provide me with additional resources.

5 /5 Song: My Fidelity representative, Phil, reached out to me because of RMD and other factors. I am so delighted that my husband and I met with him in person. Phil was attentive, thorough, and respectful. My partner came with me not to help me make any financial decisions, but for his entertainment. However, he was impressed with Phil, also. Phil, AJ, and Daniel make a strong "balanced" team at this Fidelity office.

5 /5 Chuck Hawley: I have been using this Fidelity Investments office for about five years. I couldnt be happier with the service Ive received or the investment advice. During the current Covid crisis, my investment advisor arranges convenient online calls which save me a trip into the office. I highly recommend Fidelity and the Monterey office.

1 /5 paula roncaglia: Poor service. My assigned "advisor" was late to the meeting and did not contact me later, as promised. Fidelity took $50 from my IRA when I moved the accounts to a more responsive brokerage.
