1 /5 Alondra Estrada: Terrible customer service from a male. I did not get his name, I wish I would have but he hung up on me before I could even get the chance to ask! I was calling for information regarding my policy with Allstate when I asked for clarification on the matter he responded with a snarky remark ‘what’s there more to clarify, it’s as I just said’ well that was the issue! I needed it to be repeated I did not understand and just needed more clarification. He made his comment and repeats himself. I let him know that’s what I needed to know so thank you maybe my choice of words were poor but I did not appreciate the way he addressed me. I just needed it to be repeated and his response was uncalled for. He just ended the call, I understand customers service could be a lot sometimes maybe taking a break after a hard call could be ideal to come back and better assist future customers. I am willing to modify my review because I was also helped shortly by a woman who did provide good service but our call was short due to myself not having the correct information to provide her. She was helpful and told me I could call back and they’re there to help. I was hoping for the same representative but all representatives should be representing the provider with the same conduct.
