5 /5 Mitch Couch: FAST Credit Union is the friendliest and most customer service oriented place Ive ever been. The tellers always great me when I come in. I had to get a personal loan last year and it only took one day to get approved! My family will always bank with FAST!!

5 /5 Jess Borges: I love it here so much! Not only has it been a breeze with my account, but when my car broke down and I didnt know what to do. I applied for a auto loan, (which I never thought I would get) and was approved! Johnny was so helpful and nice to me it was super easy! I now have a wonderful car and I am super happy! Fast has great people working there and I will forever be a customer!

1 /5 Krazycup Lady: Worst bank. I called because my card was frozen on there end and it’s not working even though I called twice. Waited 20 minutes. They need to do better. They never answer the phone either.

5 /5 Wieder Cassandra (Cassie): I recently signed up as a new member and must say their customer service is stellar! I had a few small issues while using the FAST app and submitted a survey about it. I was contacted directly by the branch shortly after and they showed their care and concern and helped me fix the issues I had encountered. Every staff member I have been in contact with (in person or over the phone) in my brief time with FAST has been courteous, respectful, kind, and helpful. I truly feel valued as a FAST member and know I am in good hands with their credit union. They treat you like a human instead of a transaction or dollar sign. I highly recommend becoming a member if youre not already!

They helped me start & build my credit which I was having trouble with before talking to them! Their employees are always very kind & happy to help :) Love everything about banking with FAST!!
