    A Google User: I would give this zero if I could. This agency are filled with agents that are polite, kind, and even knowledgeable. However, at the end, our policy was cancelled due to their incompetence. They "processed" the wrong amount due at the time and thanks to that, our policy was cancelled. They didnt even take accountability for their mistake, wanting to give us a "discounted" rate to pay 50% upfront to "restart" it. No, thanks. How unfortunate though, because AllState themselves as an insurance company and service are great.

When I contacted my agent, she said that the invoice was in the renewal packet, which it wasnt; neither was a return envelope. I could not find whom to write the check to nor the correct address. Im very unhappy with this poor customer service.
