Sarah Atkinson - State Farm Insurance Agent - Huntington Beach T Gregory: Ever since I wrote the original review below 5 years ago, things have gone downhill. Costs across all policies have nearly doubled and nobody from the agency has reached out to provide any rhyme or reason. A bill comes in the mail and the client is expected to pay whatever it tells them to pay - no friendly call/email, no reasoning, just pure stereotypical insurance industry at its finest. Increasing costs for doing less; sitting back collecting fees.
