I was in conversation with a couple companies in the week leading up to finalizing my contract with Farmers, and Sirak was by far the most engaged and reliable. He is the main reason we now have Farmers Insurance.

In more detail, he has been the epitome of helpful professionalism at all times, and it is not at all surprising that he has such stellar online reviews. He was caring and thorough and diligent and SO friendly throughout, explaining my various insurance options very clearly, and laying out the pros and cons of the different approaches. He also went the extra mile on several issues, helping me find suitable fire insurance which was especially complicated and difficult to procure given my homes location in a Cal Fire "Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone." He did a lot of leg work helping me sort all that out and I deeply appreciate his help. I should also say that his high level of service, his staying on top of everything, and his continuing to monitor the situation until everything was sorted out has been outstanding. Its really rare these days for someone to put in the time and effort, even after they have sold you a product or made a commission. With Sirak via Farmers, I really feel like I have someone on my team who has my back. He actually cares about his clients, which is pretty incredible these days. Furthermore, I was basically impossible to reach for two weeks, and Sirak never got frustrated or gave up on me, he just kept happily checking in until I finally got back to him. First, he gave us educational videos & information to ensure that I understand the different types of insurances and what we should look for to get proper coverage. These weren’t company propaganda videos either they were general but straight forward. Then he guided us to make sure our decision would give us the proper coverage. He wasn’t pushy or just trying to make the sale. Unfortunately, our business was robbed. He was with us the whole way. He made sure we got in contact with the right people in the company and followed up with us when the claim was made to make sure we covered everything. I Highly recommend that you talk to him when deciding to buy insurance as he is very professional and thoughtful.
