Jocelyn Rodriguez: Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.

Jacqueline Mendoza: If you want an agency that will actually respond to your requests & has your best interests at heart. You have finally found the right place. My old carrier agency would never respond to calls or requests for policy reviews to save money. Given everything going on with Homeowners rates in California, I wasn’t surprised they weren’t able to write mine. But, they still set me up with policies for our 3 cars and even bundled in a life policy for my partner so we could get the best discounts and value for our plan. AND… what I really really liked about this office, is that you when you call you can actually speak to an agent who knows what they’re talking about! Shoutout to Willy! He’s has super helpful.
