1 /5 Tamara Marsh: I have had Farmers Insurance since 1980. I have never experienced the BAD encounters I have had since last year when my Agent retired and I was given this agent! I just found out today that my Homeowners Ins. policy was removed from my account! I have had Car ins, 2 vehicles and homeowners insurance for decades! When I asked Joey if ALL MY POLICIES WERE INCLUDED HE SAID YES! After speaking with Anthony at Farmers Customer service center he informed me of my homeowners insurance was removed from my file as of Sept. 2019 so I was not getting discount for multiple policies on my account! Anthony put my homeowners insurance policy back on my account now I am once again receiving discount for multiple policies. . NOT PLEASED AT ALL!
