He lets charges be charged on your account then tries to cover up his own actions by saying its your fault. As a customer, customers are supposed to be correct, especially if the representative for that company is incorrect and at fault. Now theyre trying to charge me a fee which they should be the ones covering since it was negligent on their side by their representative not giving me the information. I need it at the time when signing up and then I had to resign up with another fee. I think thats company needs to be more customer service friendly and helpful. The gentleman that works at the saviors should not be working there if he doesnt know what hes talking about.
