5 /5 Theresa Lee: Coach Carmelo was the best!!! Was in town for work and visited this studio this morning! Like any other F45 it’s clean and equipment was fantastic. Had the pleasure of meeting coach Carmelo, loved that he went around and helped and motivated everyone! He knows his stuff!! Go visit this studio if you live near by or is just visiting!!! Highly recommend.

Quick and challenging workouts, 40 min, flexible class times (no excuses), motivating instructors (Carmelo was amazing), brand new clean studio, a good mix of cardio and strength training, honestly can’t think of one thing not to love! Give it a try. Warning you will become addicted. PS. Newbies start on a Tuesday or Thursday!

5 /5 Stefano Sevigny: I was having trouble staying motivated with my workouts at my old gym. Then I heard about a program called F45 that Mark Warburg promoted and I knew I had to try it! At 63 years old I was a bit nervous working out in a group fitness program with many people half my age, but it was the best fitness decision I ever made. This program changes the workouts daily so you never get into a rut doing the same exercises all the time. All you need to do is follow the prompts and move from station to station and do the timed workouts formatted for that day. The coaches are great and totally supportive, and they will help you improvise exercises when needed if you have any injuries or limitations. The class camaraderie is awesome and there’s plenty of fist bumping and encouragement as everyone works through the cycles. I’ve been a member for 2 years and am now in better shape than I was when I was 30 ! The workouts aren’t easy but if you stick with the program you will be rewarded with better health and you’ll be VERY happy with the changes to your body! I’ve lost 14 lbs and 5% body fat, gained muscle mass, and I no longer take cholesterol statins! Once you start seeing the improvements you will become addicted and you’ll just want to keep getting better and better! Give it a try, you owe it to yourself!
