We had to borrow some cash from our credit card and it had a higher interest rate and when we went in to pay it back they refused to apply it to the higher interest rate loan of credit.

Karen said it would be easier for her to finish the process since she had all their information. She promised me the taxes in July since she had a vacation planned for the month of June. I got the taxes to her in May. It is now mid September and Im still waiting. Not impressed.
