You can always buy insurance online, but nothing beats the personal relation you build with the people at Eds office, and being able to go to a physical office when needed. All of the staff there has been great, but Krista has been particularly amazing. Always pleasant, prompt, and very helpful all the time. Shes always on top of everything and very responsive. If she leaves, i may have to consider alternatives, but as long as she is there, I will have all my insurance with her.
