The coaches are great but the clients and people who attend this gym are equally as wonderful. Definitely give this place a try ❤️

    Alaina Alvarado: After a year in Temecula, looking for the right gym, Im so glad I found F45 Temecula. The workout itself is challenging but goes quick. The music is always these awesome mixes of hits - a millennial has to make these mixes and Im not mad about that, lol! But the best part are the coaches. They really make an effort to get to know you and push you without being too in your face. When I signed up for an unlimited membership, I got an in-body scan and 1:1 with a coach to talk about my goals and it seems the team here really wants to help everyone stay accountable.

For the average or above-average gym-goer, it has everything you need to get a solid workout. The staff are always friendly and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental. While there are certainly more expensive, high-end gyms available, Planet Fitness is purely about value for money. The PF Black Card membership is particularly worthwhile for its many perks. I love having unlimited access to features like the Total Body Enhancement, which uses red light therapy and a vibrating plate for muscle recovery and other benefits, as well as the hydro massage chairs and regular massage chairs. The best part is that theres no limit on how much you can use these amenities. The 24-hour access on most days is a huge plus, offering flexibility for any schedule. Another great feature is the 30-minute circuit, which is perfect for a quick and effective full-body workout. Its a structured routine that alternates between strength machines and cardio steps, taking the guesswork out of your workout and keeping you moving. For its price, amenities, and overall convenience, Planet Fitness is a top-tier gym choice around the area

    Emelia: I switched gym homes recently and been really impressed with EOS! They have updated equipment and everything feels brand new. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until you walk out. On top of that, the gym is extra clean and well-maintained, which makes working out there a great experience. You can tell they really care about their members and just overall the environment is top tier. It gets a little crowded around 6-8pm but it’s worth being treated great in my opinion. They have fully stocked nutritional drinks and towels for rent if you forget yours. Highly recommend =)

He never judged me for what I was going through. Instead, he created a space where I could be real and still be driven. His patience, encouragement, and belief in me helped me face things I didn’t think I had the strength to handle. Through training with him, I didn’t just get stronger physically — I became stronger as a person. I’m truly grateful to have crossed paths with someone like Stephan. He’s more than a coach — he’s someone who changes lives.

Vince was great to work with and helped me navigate the perfect plan for my needs and fix a billing issue that was my fault promptly and professionally.Always clean, great staff, equipment is plentiful and usually don’t have to wait for machines. Highly recommend.

    Mr. Haggerty: Dan Henderson’s Athletic Fitness Center has been a lifesaver for me. Without the classes I have been taking for years now from professional athletes/trainers, my physical body would be in trouble. I found classes that are perfect for my age (60), and they are at the perfect level of intensity for my ability. That’s because our trainer, Ashley, knows her clients abilities. She meets us where we are, and through consistency, she builds us up from there. If you’re looking for a gym that completely focuses on true training and fitness then I highly recommend Dan Henderson’s Athletic Fitness Center!

    Laura Agyeman: We love My Gym! My 3.5 and 5.5 year old have been taking classes here for about 5 months, and they also took classes when they were younger. My Gym is very well-run; each class is very well-planned and tailored to the developmental level and skills for that age range. The teachers are amazing at what they do. There are so many learning opportunities for the kids-- physical, mental and social-- that are seamlessly integrated into each class. It takes a lot of knowledge about child development and careful planning to make that happen, and at the same time, they manage to make each class so fun for the kids. Wed highly recommend them to anyone with kids from baby through the oldest they work with (which I think is age 8 or so)!

    David Romney: I’ve been to a few Fitness 19’s and this location is hands down the best. The machines are in good shape and the people that workout there are kind and courteous. My favorite part is the staff that welcomes you each time you walk in. Just today Tony, who works the front desk most of the week, sought me out during my workout to say hello because he was talking to somebody else as I walked in.

    Cristina Zurborg: I cant say enough good things about this Burn Bootcamp program—it’s exactly what I needed to break through my fitness plateau. Every session is fast-paced, intense, and incredibly effective. The workouts are thoughtfully programmed to target different muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up, which makes for a perfect mix of strength and cardio. The intervals are no joke, but the instructors keep you motivated the entire time with high energy, clear guidance, and just the right amount of tough love. What sets this class apart is how inclusive it is. Whether youre a seasoned athlete or just starting out, the coaches offer modifications and push you at your own level. Plus, the group vibe is super encouraging—it feels more like a team than a class. Everyone is so sweet and I look forward to coming to class (almost) everyday!
