3 /5 jennifer garrett: The office is very hard to get a hold of. When you call, it always goes to voicemail no matter the time or day. You get a message that says they are in a meeting, and they will call you back. How many meetings can one office have in a day?? I also hate how much the cost has gone to for the insurance, and the new way they do the payment plan is ridiculous. I honestly have only stayed out of convenience of not having to find another insurance company and switch over. If the fees go up anymore, I will be going elsewhere.
