He called Double Diamond Jewelry in a panic and explained what had happened. They were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure he got what he needed. He was able to keep the center stone he had but get a beautiful new setting. It couldn’t be more perfect! I love my engagement ring! I found this all out after the fact of course. I am so thankful y’all were able to help Emilio out and be a huge part of our special day. I can’t thank you all enough!

1 /5 Taylor Pendill: I normally don’t leave reviews even if I haven’t had a good experience but dealing with these people is absolute hell. I won an auction at fantasies and chocolate last year for a gift card plus 4 golf tickets to the golf tournament that just happened. I had bought a Tahoe pendant from this business and after they took my money everything went downhill. They told me initially that my free diamond setting would take a week and it proceeded to take 2 months. For the inconvenience the owner said if I drove up they’d give me a $300 discount on a necklace which I took them up on. Upon arriving and picking my necklace they then just gave me a locals discount plus maybe $100 off my newly purchased solid 18k gold necklace. When I received the necklace and took it off that night a link snapped off which showed me the job was rushed or they lack QC since I have never had that happened with any of my other 18k gold necklaces. The last and most annoying thing is that when I got my golf tickets after fighting tooth and nail for them and went to the event 2 of them were already scanned in which means she only gave me 2 tickets and tried to trick me by giving me copies of her husbands tickets. I felt disrespected and made a fool of even after spending a few thousand dollars at their store. If you want to be treated like a jackass then this is the store for you.

We wanted to treat our kiddos to something memorable from our family trip and we were able to find something perfectly priced for each of them. The staff was so helpful and patient with the kids as they took FOREVER to decide what they each wanted. The quality of the jewelry at Double Diamond Jewelry is awesome. Rose Stewart: I was in lake Tahoe on vacation with my family. We also came to see the concert of Jon Pardi. It was a little bit warm and the Western shirt that I bought was long sleeve and I thought it was going to be a little bit too hot for the concert. I found a shirt and I wanted to try it on in the dressing room. There were two ladies working a younger one and an older lady. It was really busy. I asked them when they have the time to please open the dressing room. One of them came by and opened the dressing room. The store had a lot of cute things. Kind of expensive but theyre very cute. I ended up buying two Western shirts. Next time I go to Tahoe I will stop by the store again.

Mathilde Delcroix: The staff is very kind, and the jewelry selection is beautiful. However, I went there to have two watches resized, and on one of them, they didn’t properly reattach the stem. As a result, the watch fell off my wrist 30 minutes later and is now scratched, even though I just received it for my birthday yesterday. I’m a bit disappointed, especially considering I paid $20 per watch for the resizing. :/

Dense R: I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)
