Fam. of 5: Horrible customer service by Hector! I would never recommend this to anyone this is not the first time this happens. Plus every time you call they cant help you out with anything they take a very long time to call you back just for a quote his staff is not allowed to do anything other than take payments including quotes so how are they supposed to be helpful? Its the way this racist and rude man carries the company. He doesnt allow them to do any of that to have fully control of everything and be rude. Plus the place is full of dust.

S A-M Colby: My wife and I walked from the RV park that we were staying at to this office to purchase Mexican insurance. We quickly discovered that pictures were needed for the policy and said we would return the next day. Christian was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the RV park so he could take the necessary pictures. We are also traveling with my 91 year old father-in-law who also required insurance. Christian took pictures of both our RVs drove myself and my father-in-law back to the office. My FIL just got a new hip so he is walking with a cane, Christian sat with him at the office so he didnt need to stand through the duration. After we were both done he drove us back to the RV Park. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful young man and his customer relation skills. Thanks again to Payless Insurance and Christian!!!
