He gave me precise advice loaded with not just his personal experience but with facts. He was A plus. No salesmanship, no ego. Just helpful. He didnt even accept payment. How can I help you, I asked. 1 /5 J B: They are not understanding or helpful. I begged for them to please let me pay off two accounts if they could just waive the interest, due to my dire financial situation and they refused. They also told me I needed to hurry up because interest would keep accruing. Given how high medical debt is, and also rising prices right now, you would expect there would be a little bit more humanity if one is trying to make the effort to pay.
