1 /5 Jacob Davidson: I got car insurance under the impression I can add my truck to the policy down the road. Upon calling back to add my truck I got told they don’t offer insurance for my truck. My truck is a 2007 dodge ram 3500. Now that I want to cancel my policy that’s been active for two days they don’t want to refund the broker fees that were charged, when I got a policy under false impressions. I’m waiting on a call from their “sales person”. If they don’t properly resolve this issue I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
