1 /5 Sean Payton: The links in their app don’t work making it very difficult to pay bills. I’m shocked that in the year 2025, any company has trouble developing an app… truly shows that they do not care about their members.

5 /5 Karla Aguilar: Great service given by everyone that works at the bank. Lupita, the manager, always assists with great customer service. She is kind, always is aware of what is going on, and orients her clients in the right direction.
