1 /5 De Cam: The YMCAs needs more intelligent staff, Just to educate you YMCA you never ever ever ever ever ever put children/teenagers people in their early 20s who have no concept of how to function in the world to answer your phone system This has been going on for too long, If you want people to JOIN your club then the people that answer the phones need to be adults and I mean experienced adults, obviously ideally over the age of 30 and they actually have to be really helpful I spoke to a little BRAT named Elliot She wouldnt help me whatsoever I asked her for an adult to speak to or a manager and she absolutely would not do that,... A wise company would never allow the least experience and the least knowledgeable to manage the phone system, You are turning people OFF, get wise, get the lazy executives off of their butts and actually truly manage this company.
