CLA professionally handled all our associations needs flawlessly. This firm employs excellent service in an extremely timely manner. Having had numerous conversations with Mark Guithues, I can assure you that he makes certain that I (and our HOA BOD) were sufficiently educated regarding all legal issues and avenues. Regularly, CLA offered guidance thus our organization was able to weigh the options regarding our decisions. Additionally, our HOA employed the help of Michael Alti concerning research and guidance regarding a “corporate to corporate” agreement. Michael prepared a substantial amount of especially useful information for our HOA. This help was instrumental in understanding and employing that agreement and we are grateful for that.
