She put me on solid ground and helped me find the perfect engagement ring. So easy to work with. Incredible value! My neighbor was pleased with their business and recommended that I try Collins since its right down the street. Im so glad I did. I had a few other leads, but this was the one for me. And its family run. I love supporting businesses in my community. Would highly recommended!

My fiancée and I brought our engagement ring in to be resized just before the holidays, not realizing the store would be closed for several days. We were a bit heartbroken at the thought of not having the ring for New Year’s Eve. However, Bill Collins went above and beyond, taking time away from his own family to personally deliver the ring back to us before NYE. The exceptional customer service made our night so much more special. We’ll definitely be returning—thank you for everything!

5 /5 Nanette Frank: 1.) I became aware of Collins when they donated a ring to a fundraiser for a Kenya school with 900 orphans. I bought the ring, have added a diamond to it. 2.) Next project, I bought a donated diamond to the same fundraiser, and Chelsea helped me design the most beautiful rose gold setting. 3.) Next project, I’m cashing in a few pieces of “in the draw” items. Chelsea helped me design delicate rose gold diamond earrings, and utilize my “in the draw pieces.” Oh…and by the way … all of the people at Collins are so happy, smiling, and sweet. Her mom is a blast to talk to!!! Kinda makes you want to find another reason to shop at Collins. They are a great example of a family owned business.
