Alexis Andalon: Worst insurance place to go. For starters the guy, who supposudly has 30 years of expirienced, doesnt have the first clue of what I was asking. He is not specific in his questions but expects me to be specific in my answers. He practically needed me to draw pictures for him to understand my situation. In addition, he has a terrible attitude and tries to treat his customers like they are incompetent. I would recommend going elsewhere for any type of insurance. (This was only for a quote, I can only image if I had to use the insurance). I was warned that this company had horrible customer service, however I did not expect it to be this bad. There are several other insurance companies that would be glad to have you business and provide you with great customer service. Thankfully I did not end up with this insurance company and I was able to get insured through another company.
