5 /5 Kelsey Vanderschoot: I travel a lot and have been to Club Pilates studios in five states (11 different studios total). This one is one of the very best. It’s very clean, and every instructor is fit, knowledgeable, and kind. Each class is challenging, but approachable, and as long as you plan at least a few days in advance, it’s easy to reserve a spot. (Rachel’s classes in particular are some of the best I’ve ever taken, though all the ladies are fantastic).
I am actually from Napa (born and raised), and there is a Club Pilates in Napa, but I prefer to make the 20-minute drive out here when I am visiting family. To be honest, I had a really negative experience attending the Napa studio, and I was dreading missing workouts when I returned to visit family for three weeks. This studio changed that completely, and now I’m actually excited to attend classes whenever I’m in the area! Particularly if you have injuries or are pregnant, I personally would recommend coming here. The Napa manager told me that some of their instructors are not trained to address those conditions, and I can definitely tell these Suisan Valley ladies know their stuff and are comfortable doing so.
If you’re visiting wine country, or you simply live in the Napa/AmCan/Fairfield/Vallejo area, I can’t recommend this place enough.
