1 /5 Jerry Abreu: Clarion insurance and Ryan Deane is only interested in taking your money. I contacted them to insure an income property I own that was built new in 1997. He was abrupt and inattentive. I own multiple business in Santa Cruz. I would never treat a potential customer with the neglect and disrespect that Ryan and his company did. His reviews are already 4 stars with only single digit reviews and he should be a two star or less company. Stay away from this company and save yourself grief. If god forbid something happens to your insured property this guy and his company will not be in your corner. You are not worth their time.

5 /5 Janine Ciapponi: Who understands insurance!?! I surely do not! Thats why it is so amazing to have the Clarion Pacific team on my side! They are always there when I need them and eager to assist. They are able to explain this insurance stuff in a way that I understand too. I want vendors that I can lean on and dont have to worry about. Clarion Pacific is that vendor. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

She provided options to save money such as different earthquake insurance carriers besides CEA. I owned a townhouse and for many years and had been in an unnecessary and expensive condo policy. Susan had the expertise and knowledge to get us in a homeowners policy which provided way more coverage at a lower cost.
