2 /5 Jeannine Forslund: My daughter had her ears pierced here, but the young woman, while nice, was very inexperiened. She struggled to get first piercing in, then second didnt line up at all. She had to call a supervisor (also very nice) to redo it. Even struggled then, and took a very long time.

1 /5 Alejandra: Absolutely disappointed. The two lady’s working there spent 30 minutes piercing 1 girls ears. Last time I checked you only need 1 person to pierce ears especially when there’s a line of costumers that can’t check out. The earrings on sale were still 10 dollars after there was supposed to be a 25% discount. The cashier was downright making me buy a second pair of earrings ( which I later regretted). When I went to return them I lost money somehow!!? The reputation Claire’s once had for me is forever ruined.

5 /5 Kelsey Rivera: EAR PIERCING: My daughter got her ears pierced here yesterday afternoon and the girl(s) who did it were great. 20 hours later her ears are looking good, I like the placement and there’s no redness, doesn’t affect her at all. Would recommend!
