He had not been in the bank in last 10 years and I Operate his account using his debit card and checks. Its been like this for a decade.. and all of a sudden the senior official in the staff put a hold on the debit card. Unable to access the account, I brought my old dad in wheelchair to cash his state check. The official stated to interrogate me and my dad about the transaction made on the card. My dad stayed in the hospital for about 20 days, and upon returning home, I took him to a nail salon to do a pedicure and cut overgrown hard nails. Is it illegal? So if it is, does the bank have an authority to question us or insult us in public.?
