1 /5 Kyra Albers: Im trapped in this horrendous dumpster fire of a credit union because its where my parents bank and they are very elderly and there are frequent transfers back and forth between our accounts, and that would be complicated by me changing to a different financial institution. But the second - THE SECOND - that I am able, I will not be able to move fast enough to free myself. If youre debating between bringing your money here or somewhere else, CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. It literally doesnt matter where. Keep your money in a shoebox under your bed. Thats a better option. For that matter, keep your money in a clear plastic tub in plain view on your front porch. THATS A BETTER OPTION. Anything. Is. A. Better. Option. Than. This. Im incredibly sorry to say that Ive been a member since the 1990s. So listen to me. You dont want this.

5 /5 Rosh at: My bank will get me in and out in 2 min. And I can request a loan for a car or home. I have tried to see if a Loan application would go to through and it did! Just waiting on the right moment.

Cindy C: This is the worst Credit Union/Banking industry i have dealt with and Im only still there to keep up on my mothers banking. There app for the phone is so low budget you cant do a thing on it but view balance. It looks like one of my old video games i had in the 70s. Their web page is lil better but still your stuck in the 80s. The app half the time puts up questions that you would have never picked to answer and then kicks you off. To no end your going to be stuck calling them and talking to someone which is nt much better. You will get diff answers from each person you talk to and you will even get diff answer from the manager on day to the next on the same exact question. If you have the option for a credit union that is up to date, { this one doesnt even have a recorder or voice mail stating they are open and busy or even CLOSED it just rings } I just dont want to call and talk to them i want to get what i need to done ans move on to the next thing. I WILL HAVE TO SAY THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE WHEN TALK TO THEM.

Tare Woodley: No ATM. Rude tellers. Rude manager. Not many locations, not a "share branch" or "Co-op" branch. Basically have to use 1st Norcal and only Norcal. This is the 1st credit union that seems to not care about their members. The tellers are not very knowledgeable of bank policies ie; I asked if I could use my lease as proof residency for a joint account. The teller said she would have to ask her manager(my CDL not updated w/new address).
