1 /5 Mark Hryhor: Bad Customer service went down there to open new account because of fragile activity on my previous account they said sorry we cannot help you we are booked. Called customer service they cannot freeze my account without banker . Doesn’t make any sense. Moving all my money to and my account is two different bank.!

1 /5 rob hancock: This bank is the worst Waited a half hour to speak to someone then I’m told I have to make an appointment to ad a person to account and no appointments until next week. Horrible customer service How hard is it to ad a name ? Could have been done in the time she took to schedule the appointment. Ok so now 6/30 a week later we had an appointment today Chase called canceled our appointment This place is absolutely horrible do not bank here

1 /5 Casey Chorens: This branch is ABYSMAL. I’ve banked with a number of banks- Bank of America, USAA, Goldman Sachs, and Chase branches in other cities. I have always had a pleasant experience and never imagined a bank could be so bad. No one ever answers the phone because they know 4 rings and it’ll kick off the customer, no option to be called back so less work for them. They also stole my money and renewed my CDs at a terrible rate multiple times without my permission after I went in person and explicitly told them I wanted the money transferred back to my account and not renewed in a CD. I could go on, but you get the picture. Bank ANYWHERE else

5 /5 Katy Jo Caringer: I absolutely love this location, their staff goes above & beyond and are always so friendly! I have to give shout out to Jesus, his care for his customers is truly incredible. I walked in without an appointment, and he even skipped his lunch break to help me follow up on an important fraud claim I needed assistance filing. He truly was so happy to help, and his follow up is incredible. Go here if you have anything thing you need from Chase, this location is the best!!
