    Mark Henwood: Just had a consultation with Mr. Barrett about a few of the provisions of a lease we wanted reviewed. Mr. Barrett explained that he couldnt review just part of the lease because of his malpractice insurance. He said to review the entire lease and interact with our counter-party we would have to provide a $2,500 retainer and pay $500/hr for any time he spends. I told him I would think about it. I still had to pay his $220 consultation fee.

    Dustin Mansfield: Mark Doughty is apparently is "too old" and has "medical issues" that dont allow him to take a case to court. To be fair, we were told this up front. What we didnt count on was this coming into play in our settlement. The insurance company knew this, and low balled our case. Then proceeded to laugh at us when Mark Doughtys office asked for more money by raising their offer by $1. They knew he would not take it to court, and thus we were left without option. He tried to pass us off to another lawyer who told us to file a small claims suit against the driver, but Mark Doughty insisted that was a bad idea... and dropped us. Now, so much time has passed... no lawyer will take the case. STAY AWAY from Mark Doughty.

    Tina Parks: So... I called these people to help me get an eviction started with a 60 day notice. I waited a month for them to call me back. So I decided to call them. She said she would give the message to the lawyer. I waited another 2 weeks. Again I called. They took a message. I then waited another 2 weeks. I didnt want to seem pushy or ungrateful since their services are free. So she seemed a little perturbed and told me to come in and she would give me the papers. When I arrived she told me to have a seat in a rude manner. While I was waiting,I thought that I would get up and look at the bill board with the all the flyers. She basically told me again to sit down and shut up. So when she was finished filling out the paperwork she approached me and proceded to explain and instruct me on how the papers were to be filled out and served. I listened as well as I could but she had a yelling and intimidating manner. So then she asked me to repeat what she had told me. I thought that I understood, but again she started to yell that I wasnt getting what she had told me. She did this several more times in the same manner. Finally I guess she thought I finally got it and sent me on my way. Im afraid to go back in there.
