1 /5 Nikki Merrill: Staff was rude and not wanting to help. I was late on a payment by 2 weeks. I understand I was late but they called me repeatedly everyday for a week and they were not understanding that sometimes things happen. When I told the lady who called I would pay soon she demanded a date and I could hear other girls laughing. I felt like my misfortune was a joke to them. I will not be doing business with this company any further once I transfer my auto loan to a new company.
