The desk adjuster at the head office told me to take them to my nearest agent since my scanner and fax are gone. That would be Cary’s. It’s a simple scan to upload the pages and the girl answering (Mae?) said no, try someone else. Really she is too busy to spare me a crummy 15 minutes? I guess since they don’t personally make money off my policy I don’t warrant an accommodation in this huge disaster. Most businesses of ANY type have been accommodating and kind, and literally the one who should be, isn’t. This isn’t a knock on Allstate in general, they have been great, it’s only the flagrant disregard for our situation shown to me here at this office that’s got me upset. In huge disasters like this, everyone should step up, they stepped down.
