5 /5 Wendy Humphrey: I was just turned away from Chase Bank in Alpine ❗ It was only 4:10pm. They said they wouldnt have time to open an account for me. Come back tomorrow. Needless to say .... I walked out. I proceeded to California Bank & Trust. The new accounts person ( Tammie) was busy, helping another new customer So I had to wait a bit. I was worried they would tell me its too late come back tomorrow . Like Chase had done. Not the case here. With no hesitation, or attitude Tammie kindly took me in and set me up with the exact account I needed. She was quick efficient & was there to answer & help me understand everything. They close at 5pm. So I know she had to stay late. Im sure she was tired and would have preferred going home at 5pm. However she stayed, helped didnt rush me. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you California Bank & Trust. But mostly thank you Tammie❗

5 /5 Van Urtiaga: Im going to open an account today.i went to cash a couple of checks there and the service was impecable all were nice and friendly didnt feel out of place .the drive up gal named vanessa was the nicest with old school values mixed with a good sense of humor and knows her job well.i wish other banks would have this level of service and personality.
