As a new CA resident, I tried to work with Yulonda Evans from this office for the last 4 weeks trying to convert my MA Allstate policy to CA. Today I called AAA and got a new auto policy up and running within 2 hours. Not saying Allstate is bad as Ive had a good experience when I was previously a MA resident for the past 7 years. The takeaway is dont use this Allstate office to get your auto insurance, its a complete waste of your time for something that should be easy to implement.
