When I asked about the rating, she repeatedly avoided the question, stating only that it was an RRG. At the time of renewal, she did not provide my loss runs. Now, when I’ve been unable to secure a load, she has been unresponsive and avoids my calls. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this agent.
