5 /5 Courtney N: First timer! I did the “first class free” as I wanted to get a feel of this workout and it did not disappoint. I mainly strength train, but this cardio is no joke lol in a good way! What a way to get your body moving and our instructor Kandyce was awesome, lively and upbeat. If you were wanting to try something new out of your regular gym routine. Try this!
