4 /5 Ernie Robles: went here 9/4/25 about 4:25 pm two workers at window they were very professional positive attitudes one was a woman great customer service the line was crazy long but they took care of customers I think they should have more help at least two more people though !

5 /5 Hope Ornelas: Friendly warm service. Yulisa assisted me and my husband immediately with excellent service. Isela took care of our needs within minutes fantastic customer service. And we there no more then 10 minutes. Thank you both for your excellent customer service.

1 /5 Daniel Lai: Do not expect fast and efficient service at the bank. Long lines and wait times because the bank only have 2 tellers. The bank have upgrade their interior design but they are not willing to put their money for more tellers.

1 /5 EL DUDE: UNPROFESSIONAL LACKS MAJOR SECURITY, EXPOSES CUSTOMER PERSONAL INFORMATION. TOO MANY NON EMPLOYEES WITH CELL PHONES HOVERING THE LOBBY-CLERK WHO MAKES APPOINTMENTS BY ASKING PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE SS#, OUT-LOUD WHILE STRANGERS SIT NEXT TO HER OR WALK NEAR HER. ALSO PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS FROM SPEAKER PHONES WITH CUSTOMERS ARE HEARD ACROSS THE LOBY. SEEMS TOO FISHY TO ME. IM GOING TO SKIP THIS LOCATION.
