The family owned business has clearly stood the test of time because they are so good at what they do! Theyre so helpful kind and patient. I am genuinely impressed with their selection and help with my engagement ring. Cant wait to see what ill get !!

Within the first 2 minutes speaking to the staff and to Guy Ballard, I knew this was the team I wanted to work with. They took an old family pendant that is of high importance to me, and made an exact copy of it for me to wear, so I dont lose the original. It came out even better than I expected, and they even cleaned up the original piece to make it look brand new! They did this for me so fast, and Guy and his team were incredible friendly, transparent, and fun to work with. Safe to say, I have finally found my jeweler!

We drew my wedding ring on paper and they built it from scratch according to the drawing making it more beautiful than we could have imagined! Ballard and Ballard will check the prongs, clean, and polish the ring for free! The skillful craftsmanship, the quality gem stones at a great price, customer service, and pride in family owned business keeps us coming back! I highly recommend Ballard & Ballard!
