1 /5 Jessica Nott: After multiple times of Melissa not giving me a heads up with some very urgent issues, meaning I had less than 8 hours to complete things or deliver a check for my daughter to be seen by a counselor, I voiced my concerns and asked her to have someone in her office call me with urgent issues. I also told her son Matt, that I was concerned that all the charges on my invoice were to inform the other party what had just happened in court. She dropped me as a client, and when I called her receptionist about when I could come by and pick up all of my court documents, if it would take a week or a month (all they had to do was give me my court documents, nothing else) she said she didn’t know. I then asked if it could be a year because I really needed them for the person I had lined up to look over my case she said she didn’t know. I felt like I was talking to a high school girl. Super unprofessional, and I had to basically proof read and edit everything Maria Ortiz sent me. So if you want to pay people and then have to do all the work, and deal with people with the emotional maturity of a teenager, then they’re your people.
