5 /5 Douglas Austin: If you want to get in shape while building muscles, this is the spot. Gave it a chance and put forth the effort. You will get in shape. Ive been going for over 7 weeks and still sore 2 days later after each class. Believe me I put forth the effort. Each day is a different workout. No two days are the same. I see a big change in the mirror. I have to buy a smaller belt, I ran out of notches. The staff work with you correcting your form while working out. You can go to multiple workout sessions each day. The coaches are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and encouraging. This is a circuit training style bootcamp with weight training.
