1 /5 Shiniqua Lundyevans: Today I came in the gym to take two members off of my account, I called prior to the first of the month, today is the second of the month, it was told that this is a month to month contract because of military. I havent used the account or the two people that I want removed from the account. I was told that I had to pay for the two other people on the account that i want removed when I was told it was ok to come today prior to today to remove them off my account and just pay my portion of the account. When I tried to do that today, I was told that I was locked in for the whole month and have to pay 100.00 for the other two people that I want removed. I explained that I was given wrong information and can Tilted accommodate me for the miscommunication. I was told that I had to pay 100.00 dollars and I explained to him that I couldnt get the other two people to pay. Today is the second of the month and I was told that I can come in today to have them removed and it wouldnt be a problem. The manager was not willing to help me once I mentioned to him what I was told. I just wanted those two people removed from my membership and I just pay my part only. Im very upset, very bad customer service.
