5 /5 mary reinhart: When I became eligible for Medicare I felt I had this huge burden on my shoulders because I didnt know how to choose the medical advantage program that was best for me. I walked into Casey Armstrongs meeting feeling overwhelmed and confused and walked out feeling satisfied and content that I had the best plan possible for me. That was 6 or 7 years ago. Of all the problems, stressors and difficult decisions I have to deal with today my health insurance is not one of them. Thank you Casey Armstrong!

1 /5 Mike Hendrickson: The only reason they got one star is because they wouldn’t let me use zero. I booked an appointment to get some help with my father’s Medicare ins. They cancelled the appt due to a funeral (understandable) but told me they would call back to reschedule. They never called me back. I called them again a week later and left a message for Casey. She never returned my call. I called the next day and spoke with the assistant, Laura. She told me she or Casey would call me right back. They never called. I called again with one more voicemail. Now my father missed his Medicare deadline. Horrible customer service

5 /5 Marcie Hart: I really appreciate how you keep in contact with occasion email inquiries to see how Im doing. It also reminds me to re-evaluate my health care provider to make sure they are still a good fit for my needs. I know that if that ever changes, I can make an appointment to come in and you will work with me to find a new provider. You keep up on all the changes so I dont have to try to read everything from every provider. (The Birthday Cards are a wonderful touch as well. :))

2 /5 Learning Lab: I spoke to my agent, Bill, It was not worth talking to him. Get someone else. He was trying to avoid giving discounts, and has been very argumentative, That ring is not professionally monitored. When I confronted him, providing him with the certificate of insurance, he changed the tone and said, Yeah, we will only give you a discount of $5. , I asked if it was for any security system, he said, Yeah. I was not sure what he was up to, but it was not worth it to go for something else. Very argumentative and was insinuating that I shall not send as its not worth getting discounts.

Between moving and work and family, I hadn’t had time to call them. It is personal touches like these that keep me here! They make something that is soooo not easy or fun, super easy!!!!!!!
