5 /5 Mikel Jenkins: The repair of my 45 year old pocketwatch with sentimental meaning was handled efficiently and professionally. However, it did take the estimated 8 weeks to clean the battery corrosion from the mechanism that could not be replaced because of unavailability! Fortunately the watch is now working and I am pleased to continue enjoying this 45 year old gift from my parents on the occasion of my baccalaureate graduation!
