1 /5 Queen Ramirez: Sandra is a bad representative for Apoyo Financiero she doesn’t want to help new customers with loans, she’s lazy and mis informed my mother on the documentation needed for her application, this is the third time we come in the office with documents and says we are missing more, what kind of people you want at your company ? This is not customer service! No more references to this place in my name. If you want a loan with Apoyo Financiero just go online because personal here are lazy and unprofessional.
