Such a generous-hearted, motherly business owner to bring a nurturing touch to one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the whole entire world!.. No wonder they happen to be from Tibet. If letting GOODNESS graciously flow in ones own business would be a gamble in todays world; a heart warming merchant like Deki; apparently makes her bet a safe & sound one which obviously earns her a great return on their investment. In this very day of mine, they went above and beyond with their SERVICE in addition to creating that energetic impression with such a decent range of almost all types of crystals that they display; and with the word Beyond I am not referring to the duration of my entire shopping experience or the amount of words we have shared. If you pay a visit with a keen intention to support this BUSINESS (Not just to look around ideally; as I personally think that they have this indescribable niche and they are obviously deserving of kindred peoples support in a digital world!) The shopping value usually happens to be embedded in that unspoken gentleness of the merchants which quite typically translates to a sincere willingness to help their guest; particularly in businesses like this one.     Tessa Pulido: I had an amazing experience working with Emily!! I had an idea of an engagement ring design, but Emily brought it to life (pic attached)! Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)

    Tom: I used Torgsyn several times in the past few months for jewelry (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and received great service and professional assistance. The repairs were done in an excellent manner, very affordable and pieces looked great. I also purchased a chain for a pendent and got it at a very good price. My primary contact was Polina V, she is very nice, helpful with suggestions and took the time to explain the repair process and timing. I highly recommend Torgsyn for repairs and jewelry purchases!

    Moore Michael “MSquared”: JJ cautioned us about the lack of integrity of nearby jewelers but was actually describing himself. He claimed everything was made in house and that he could make a wedding band for me in 2 days. When we came back, he presented us with a ring that had the poorest quality solder joint Ive ever seen, all the way around the "band" which is to represent the continuity, unbroken, endless love of a union. A hack job at best but the real surprise was finding the name "Diana" stamped on the inside of the ring JJ "made" recently. Integrity? And you supposedly ran a jewelry school too?? Beware of this place

    Chhavon Pin: The man is a craftsman! He was very patient and shared his expertise with me. Worked with and advised me on two pendants of ivory. I wanted a more ornate design and of course he could do it. He advised it would cost more and wouldn’t add functionality as far as fastening the piece and aesthetically it would take away from “nature” or it’s look. Most of his business is repeat and referral, which is telling of any outfit. I was referred. He is very busy, it took at least two weeks but we are happy!

I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules and even staying late after closing to meet with us. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout the design process, with excellent communication as we went back-and-forth until the ring was just right. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and I love how the radiant-cut and emerald-cut combination makes it look so custom—the pavé diamonds add a perfect touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. We weren’t expecting him to finish in time, but he pleasantly surprised us by completing it for our 20th anniversary! Plus, he’s currently sizing up my other ring so I can wear it on my right hand. As the owner of the shop, Jeff really spends quality time with each customer, which is why he’s rated the number one jeweler in all of San Joaquin. He’s also the only certified gemologist appraiser in the county. Being a family-owned and operated business, you can tell they’ve been in business for a long time by the care they take with everyone. Highly recommend!
