I would never think Id describe a DMV-related service as "dreamy", but after waiting over an hour and counting for my *scheduled appointment* today, I think theres no better word for Tribeca. This is how good it was: Walk in with no lines either time I went. Friendly. Quick. No hassle. If I could have renewed my license there today I sure would have. Highly recommended.

Meely B’Deely: Started my policy at $180 (which was already high, but I got a new vehicle), somehow jumped to $221 (I figured "inflation" and I moved to a nicer zip code), and now its spiked to $251. I have nothing on my record. My vehicle was HEAVILY vandalized by my ex in April of 2023, the insurance agent was not helpful at all. I tried to file a claim, which I ended up not pursuing and just taking care of myself. My agent NEVER responded to my emails or phone calls after this time. After our initial phone call, it was the first and last time I had heard from her ever. Due to this experience and sky-high prices, I have officially cancelled my policy. The best solution is to just walk away.

I got a quote online but at the end it told me I had to call, I did and got an answering service, so I looked up the local broker number- long story short there’s 15 different phone numbers on Google, but they all go the same place. Finally a guy picked up and said he’d transfer me. I got a recording that said “to transfer to Allstate press 1” just to torture myself a bit more I hit #1 and someone picked up and said I don’t work for Allstate..WHAT?! So I called liberty insurance back (just out of morbid curiosity at this point) and the dude (same dude as I talked to initially) acted like I was crazy. After that whole thing I feel like I’m losing my mind..never got a quote
